All cancellations must be done by phone, fax, or e-mail seven (7) days prior to check in and a $25 administration fee will be charged.

Guaranteed reservations must be cancelled by 3:00pm one (1) week prior to arrival date to avoid cancellation fees.

For any cancellation after one (1) week prior to arrival date, a one-night fee, including taxes, will be applied.

If the cancelled booking was for a long weekend, group, wedding, or special event, a 10% administration fee of total cost for all cancellations, or 50% charge for rooms cancelled less than two weeks prior to check-in, or 100% charge for rooms cancelled less than one week prior to check in.

Pet Policy

We know hard it is to leave a pet behind. Now you don’t have to! We want to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for you and your furry friends.

The Pine Dale Motor Inn is pleased to welcome you and your quiet, well-mannered pet.

Guidelines

  • Please advise at the time of reservation that you are bringing your pet.
  • There is a Pet Fee of $30.00, plus tax, per night, per pet to cover additional cleaning costs.
  • Our designated pet-friendly rooms have direct outdoor access.
  • Please keep your pet on a leash and under control at all times while on Pine Dale Motor Inn property.
  • Please do not use the bathtub for bathing your pet.
  • To receive guest room service, owners must remove their pet(s) from the room, be with the pet(s) in the room, or the pet must be crated; guest rooms with pets left unattended and uncrated will not receive room service.
  • Pets should not be left unattended in your room. If you do need to leave your pet, please inform the front desk and leave a contact number where you can be reached should your pet become agitated.
  • Please clean up after your pets, there are plenty of garbage cans on and around the property.
  • Any damages to the room caused by your pet will be added to your credit card.
